Product Description: rock wool board for external wall is A-class non combustible environmental protection thermal insulation material. It has the advantages of high drawing strength, low water absorption of rock wool insulation board, good dimensional stability, no preheating thermal expansion or cold shrinkage, aging resistance and other advantages, which can be perfect with the external wall

Rock wool is made of natural basalt as the main raw material. After melting at high temperature, it is made into artificial inorganic fiber by high-speed centrifugal equipment. At the same time, it is added with special binder and dust-proof oil. After heating and curing, rock wool insulation products of various specifications and requirements are made. Rock wool and mineral wool can be made into rock wool board, rock wool strip, rock wool felt, rock wool blanket (rock wool felt), rock wool tube and other rock wool products.
 
   Rock wool board It can be divided into fireproof rock wool board, waterproof rock wool board, aluminum foil rock wool board, high density rock wool board, composite rock wool board, etc.
 
Performance characteristics of rock wool board for external wall insulation:
1. Thermal insulation performance: good thermal insulation performance is the basic characteristic of rock wool and slag wool products. Under normal temperature (about 25 ℃), the thermal conductivity of rock wool is usually between 0.03 and 0.047w / (Mok).
2. Combustion performance: the combustion performance of rock wool and slag cotton products depends on the amount of combustible adhesive. Rock wool and slag wool are inorganic mineral fibers and are not combustible. In the process of processing, organic binders or additives are sometimes added, which will have an impact on the combustion performance of the products.  
3. Sound insulation performance: rock wool and slag wool products have excellent sound insulation and sound absorption performance, and their sound absorption mechanism is that the products have porous structure. When sound wave passes through, friction is generated due to the effect of flow resistance, so that part of sound energy is absorbed by fiber, which hinders the transmission of sound wave.
 
application
Elastic, medium strength rock wool board: suitable for building wall / roof insulation, fire protection, sound absorption, such as curtain wall, internal wall partition, elevator shaft, etc.
High strength rock wool board: it is suitable for all kinds of conditions of high and low temperature, with good bearing and compression characteristics, especially suitable for heat preservation and heat insulation of large ships, containers, ovens, pipelines and industrial equipment.
Pressure resistant rock wool board: can bear huge high load. It is suitable for the roof insulation of waiting room and large workshop.
